1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out within 15 days of delivery.
- We will provide instructions for returning the original item and sending the replacement.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
